Buyers pay with MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money or a card. They can buy in a WhatsApp chat, or by USSD on any phone with no data at all.
Each ticket's code changes every few seconds and is signed, so a forwarded picture or a printed copy won't get anyone in. Transfers move the ticket and kill the old code.
Door staff scan with the organiser app, even with no signal. Each phone checks the code itself, and when they reconnect, the first scan wins.
